Cookie policy

Cookies and your privacy.

The short, honest version: this website sets one cookie of its own, and its only job is to count visits. No advertising networks, no data brokers, nothing sold.

The one cookie we set

This website sets a single cookie of its own (a first-party cookie) called _ra_uid. It holds a random identifier and the date of your last visit, and it stays in your browser for up to one year. Its only job is to help us count how many different people visit the site and to tell a returning visitor apart from a new one.

The identifier is random. It is not linked to your name, phone number, email address, or anything else that identifies you.

What our visit counts include

Our own analytics record which pages are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked, the website that referred you here, your device type (phone, tablet, or desktop), and your country. That is the whole list.

These counts are stored as daily totals, not as a record of any one person’s visits. They never include names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location.

How we use the numbers

The counts are kept privately for Xclusive Care Services and used for one purpose: understanding how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not share, sell, or trade this data with anyone, and we do not run advertising networks or social-media tracking pixels on this site.

Tools from other providers

A few pages include tools from other companies: the consultation calendar and the sign-up and application forms come from HighLevel, the scheduling and forms service our team uses, and the Google map showing our office comes from Google Maps. They load only when you reach or open them, and each provider may set its own cookies inside its frame under its own privacy policy.

Information you enter in the calendar or a form goes to our team through HighLevel so we can follow up about your request.

Your accessibility settings

The accessibility menu at the left edge of every page remembers the settings you choose, such as bigger text or a contrast scheme, in your browser’s local storage (under the name xcs-a11y) so they stay in place from page to page. These settings never leave your browser. Choose Reset All Settings in the menu to clear them.

Your choices

You can delete or block the _ra_uid cookie at any time in your browser settings. The website works exactly the same without it.
